さぶみ。
２年ぶりに参加しました。
左鐙（さぶみ）の宿泊体験ボランティア。
暑かったけれど、疲れたけれど、３日経ったらやっぱり面白かった。
参加してよかった！ 参加させてもらってもよかったやろか？ という思いがこみ上げてきました。
地域にある唯一の商店（岡田商店）が廃業しながらも、関東からIターンでヤギさんという、若い男性が仲間入り。おっと忘れていましたが、いつもお世話になっている京村まゆみさんが、津和野町会議員に当選するなど、良いニュース、残念なニュースもあった左鐙地区。
ご無沙汰でしたが、何となくすんなりと仲間にはいれてしまう居心地の良さ。
二泊三日の宿泊体験の２日目からお手伝いさせていただきましたが、ボクはすいませんでしたっ！ と心の中で土下座してしまうほど、役に立てませんでした。
おなじみの左鐙っ子たちも、１年ほどの間にむちゃくちゃ成長していたし、2年ぶりに再会した宿泊体験参加っ子たちもパワフルになっていましたね。
子どもたちとは不即不離の微妙な距離で付き合っていましたが、時々「たっちゃん！」（←ボクのこと）と呼びかけてくれる、左鐙っ子たちの大人の対応にずいぶんと、いやされました。
中学2年になったキヨくんとは、文系男子同士とても気があいました。
左鐙っ子たちも素晴らしいですが、左鐙は大きなお友達も、あいかわらず素晴らしいです。
着火は不発気味だった、火の神たっくん。ほれぼれするような太鼓腹を惜しげもなく披露されたお兄さま。縁の下の力持ち・リアルくまのプーさんであるヒロシさん…。
そのほか名前が書ききれませんが、総勢40〜50名の大人のみなさんが協力してイベントをもり立てていました。

左鐙地区は、８人の左鐙っ子が通う左鐙小学校がいつまでも地元に残るよう、さまざまな活動をされています。京村さんの町議立候補なども、その活動のひとつです。
日本一美しい一級河川があり、熊やイノシシが住む豊かな山林があり、そこに暮らしがある。
しかもそれがすごくオープンなのがステキです。
今住んでいる糸島にさえ、実家のあるササグリにさえ溶け込めないボクでも、深呼吸できる。ワガママ言える。
イベントごとにちょこっと参加しただけでは分からない、ドロドロな人間関係もあるとは思いますが、それを洗い流す度量も感じます。
大きなお友達ともっと話がしたいなぁ。子どもたちもいいけど、じっくりと話をさせていただければなぁと思うとります。
あぁ、小学生に戻って左鐙に山村留学したい。
そうそう。宿泊体験参加者の一人リキトくんが、宿泊体験の最後に「オレ、左鐙に山村留学するんじゃ」と遠い目でボクに語ってくれました。彼は本気です。
その瞬間は、ちょっと目から汗があふれそうになりました。
